The calm before the storm....

Well, Friday's weather was b-u-TIFUL!!!! I think my class agreed since their behavior was out of control!  Saturday was just as pretty and Eddie and I went downtown to Renovation Station to get some more things for me to work on!  We then drove around and took in some sights.  Oh how I love downtown OKC. So fun!  Today I have been crafting again!  I forgot that I finished my wreath for my room yesterday before 11:00. Here is a picture of it! 

It took a whole lot longer to make then expected, but I think it turned out nice.  I also used my cricut and some paint and made the sign that is above it.

Today I worked on a tshirt with roses.  Here it is!

Sorry it is hard to see. I made about ten roses and then sewed them by hand onto the shirt.

Now I am sitting and watching tv.  The weather is again supposed to be nasty on Tuesday.  I hope we don't miss school!!

There's No Day like a Snow Day

Well today was our first snow day of this school year!  I had mixed emotions about whether I wanted to miss school or get an extra day of in February.  Now that the day is winding down, I am glad that I had a day to be lazy.
     I decided to work on several crafts that I had been wanting to make.  The first one being a magnetic memo board to hang in my kitchen.  It was a fast project that I now adore!

Memorial Day weekend 2010

Well, up to this point we were having a great Memorial Day weekend! On Saturday, we had a fun time with the family at Daddy and Mary's 25th Wedding Anniversary picnic. We took lots of pictures and ate lots of good food! We had big plans to go to our friends, Heather and John's, lake cabin, but Noah woke up vomiting. Good times. He has been fighting it all day. I hope the rest of the family got to enjoy a great day together!
